Speaker:  Elizabeth Manuel
Topic:  Get Happy! with Elizabeth

Imagine feeling productive, supported & happy?  Do you suffer from the "morning dread" syndrome and ascribe to the TGIF relief program?

There is a way to change all of that with Get Happy! Get Happy! is a powerful program, where your associates will learn to identify and shift their negative habits and attitudes by recognizing limiting perceptions. They will identify new ways of creating more prosperity for themselves as individuals and thus the company as a whole. Happy employees are empowered individuals who are less stressed, take less sick time and radiate a high-energy yield! They are ready to serve!

Elizabeth will be presenting three scientifically proven steps for sustainable happiness, optimizing your brain function by stimulating your prefrontal cortex and calming your reptilian brain.

  • Raising staff morale and increase productivity
  • Making your workforce more content, relaxed and less stressed
  • Improving workplace relations and developing leadership skills

Attendees will have the opportunity to create a happier more meaningful life for themselves, their families and their workplaces.  Research shows when people feel good about the job they are doing, they do it better.

A study published in The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology shows that positive people accomplish more than negative people. This field, known as positive psychology, could be the difference between a moderately enjoyable life and a truly satisfying life, according to psychologist John Wade.

Please join us and Elizabeth at the Petroleum Club, 11110 - 108 Street, Edmonton, AB. Cost: $30 for Members, $35 for non-members. Start time is 5:30pm for networking, 6:00pm dinner and chapter meeting and 7:00pm for our guest speaker.
